I'm a graduate student at University of California, Santa Cruz pursuing Masters in Games and Playable Media. I have a B.E(Hons.) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from BITS-Pilani, India. I am a Computer Mediated Reality and Game Development Enthusiast, I am highly interested in developing Augmented Reality(AR) and Virtual Reality(VR) applications for Android and iOS Devices. I am also interested in Internet of Things(IoT) and Connected devices, Brain Computer Interfaces(BCI), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
AUGMENTED REALITY DEVELOPER
I have worked on Augmented Reality based Indoor navigation using NFC tags and QR codes as a project under the course "Software Development for Portable Devices". I have also done projects like AR Portal, Marker based Augmented reality with Arduino serial data control and joystick control, making the object interactive and also a videoplayback based augmented reality system. I have recently designed an app in which an object can be controlled via blink data from the Neurosky EEG Headset. I have experience in working with Vuforia, Wikitude, ARKit, ARCore, Kudan and some other Augmented Reality Frameworks.
INTERNET OF THINGS
I have done my undergraduate thesis at ISEP, France in Visible Light communication(VLC). I have designed the Visible Light Communication(VLC) transmitter and Receiver in Eagle software and then printed it on PCB boards and implemented the VLC transmitter and receiver boards on ARDUINO and Beagle bone black Platforms. During my Undergraduate studies, I have done projects on Internet of Things in the medical department and also have associated paper publications.
